These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sight Reading Lesson’s Website, located at https://srlessons.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Sight Reading Lessons if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

Application

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of Lessons by you (the Customer or you).

We are the website https://srlessons.com providing lessons in reading sheet music with email address srlessons23@gmail.com (the Supplier or us or we).

These are the terms on which we sell all Services to you. Before placing an order on the Website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked ‘I Accept’. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your Order.

You can only purchase the Sight Reading Lessons from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

Customer responsibilities

You must co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Sight Reading Lessons, provide us with all information required to perform the Services and obtain any necessary licenses and consents (unless otherwise agreed).

Failure to comply with the above is a Customer default which entitles us to suspend performance of the Services until you remedy it or if you fail to remedy it following our request, we can terminate the Contract with immediate effect on written notice to you.

Use and Intelectual Property

The SRL service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with others. During your SRL subscription we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the SRL service. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you.

You agree not to archive, reproduce, screenshot, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the SRL service. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the SRL service; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the SRL service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the SRL service; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the SRL service in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the SRL service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service. You can access your SRL account on a maximum number of three devices.

Personal Information and Registration

When registering to use the Website you must set up a username and password. You remain responsible for all actions taken under the chosen username and password and undertake not to disclose your username and password to anyone else and keep them secret.

We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.

We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and you expressly agree to this.

Fees and Payment

The Fees for the Services, the price of any Goods (if not included in the Fees) and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date we accept the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices for Services are calculated on a fixed price.

Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Services.

Delivery

We will give you access to the lessons immediately after payment through your account on the website.

Refund

Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can ask for a refund within 15 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract by a clear statement setting out your decision (eg. email).

Conformity and Guarantee

We have a legal duty to supply Courses in conformity with the Contract and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.

Upon delivery, the Sight Reading Lessons will:

Be of satisfactory quality;

Be reasonably fit for particular purpose for which you buy the Lessons.

It is not a failure to conform if the failure has its origin in your materials.

We will supply the Sight Reading Lessons with reasonable skill and care.

Privacy

Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.
